To get your own Metro loyalty card contact our customer service available at Metro Superstore in both Ghazir and Galaxy, fill the application form and get your card on the spot, or visit our website and fill the application online. http://metro.loadingvps.com/fr/EditProfile

  • In case you lost your card, also contact our customer service who will provide you with a new one without losing your collected points.
  • It is the responsibility of the account holder to provide accurate and current personal details to ensure proper collection and redemption of points and Cashback credits.
  • Metro will not be held responsible for any loss of points or credits resulting from inaccurate, incomplete or invalid account information/details.
  • Metro Loyalty Program accounts are intended for personal use only. For corporate accounts, please contact customer service.
  • Metro Loyalty Program family accounts are available where up to 4 family members are allowed to collect points for one MLP account. Only the owner of the account can redeem any of the rewards collected on this account.
  • Accounts remaining without any purchase transactions for one year will automatically be considered inactive and will consequently be closed permanently, and all points and cash back account balances will be forfeited.
  • It will be possible for owners of previously closed accounts to reapply for new accounts, but previously lost balances cannot be recovered.
  • You may choose to close your MLP account at any time. By closing your account, you forfeit the right to any points and cash back credits already accrued or issued.
  • Metro reserves the right to deduct the corresponding points at any time if purchased products are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given. This also applies to the exchange of products, unless the exchange is for products with an equivalent points’ value.
  • MLP points are not transferable, cannot be copied and can only be used by the member who is the owner of the account.
  • Metro reserves the right to cancel any account in case of violation of the terms and conditions of the program.
  • Points will not be awarded for non-qualifying products or transactions, including Metro gift cards.
  • By purchasing products flagged with the MLP points symbol, you may accumulate the corresponding points on your Metro Loyalty Program account.
  • The Metro Loyalty Program, the Metro Cards, points and credits in whatever form, are issued by and remain the property of Metro Superstore SARL which may, at any time, terminate the schemes or alter or amend the conditions of the programs.
