How to accumulate Cash Back Credits?

• By purchasing products flagged with the Cash Back symbol, you may accumulate the corresponding Cash Back Credits on your Metro Cash Back account

• Total Cash Back Credits awarded for purchases settled by credit card may vary from transactions settled in cash.

• Note: Specific Cash Back promotions and/or campaigns, beyond the normal Cash Back offerings, will be awarded exclusively for transactions settled in cash

• To enable the accumulation of Cash Back Credits, you are required to present your loyalty card or the phone number associated with your MLP account at the time of purchase

• A receipt or gift receipt is required for all return or exchange transaction and such transactions are subject to current Metro Superstore return policies. In the event of a purchase return or exchange transaction, Metro will deduct the corresponding Cash Back Credits from your account. Consequently, return and exchange transactions of goods having generated Cash Back Credits will be possible only in conjunction with the refund of the respective Cash Back Credits to Metro.

 

How to redeem Cash Back Credits?

• For redemption, the Cash Back amount will become available within 3 working days from the time of purchase For example, Cash Back Credits amount collected on Monday will become available for redemption by Thursday, whereas an amount collected on Friday will become available for redemption on the following Wednesday

• You may use your Cash Back Credits for settling your purchases from Metro Ghazir and Metro Galaxy

• For security purposes, members will be required to input their PIN when settling purchases with Cash Back Credits

• Cash Back Credits are non-transferrable and may not be exchanged for money

 

Cash Back Validity

• The Cash Back Credits collected on the customer’s account will remain valid for one year from their respective date of issuance. For example, Cash Back Credits collected on 01/10/2018 will remain valid until 01/10/2019. Consequently, Cash Back Credits collected before 01/10/2018 will expire and may no longer be used after 01/10/2019

• Metro Superstore will not be held liable for expired, lost or stolen Cash Back Credits

 

How to check your Cash Back account balance?

• Your Cash Back account balance is indicated on your checkout transaction receipts

• Account balance enquiries may also be made by visiting or contacting Metro Customer Service on 09-851300 Ext: 222
